Question:

Can I use ANIVADO courses to complement my studies or accreditation of prior learning at other Institutes?

Answer:

Yes - absolutely.  Some courses are already linked into external accreditations for official recognition.  If you want to top up your knowledge and understanding all our courses complement science studies in their relevant subject areas and levels.  Our certificates are also useful to add to your CV and highlight further in depth study.

Question:

I have problems with playing the video presentation. What can I do?

Answer:

When you are having problems playing video presentation you could try the following:

- The Adobe Flashplayer and Microsoft Silverlight plugins are required for proper video playback. They may be outdated, so check if they need an update. 

- You can also try using a different browser. We recommend using Safari, Chrome or Firefox as a browser. And also check that the browser is updated.

- The use of an ethernet cable is often recommended for good video playback. If you are working on a WiFi connection, it may take a long time for the video to load and may give an error message.

Where can I find my certificate / proof of completion?

Answer:

At the end of the course you can find your certificate. Make sure every box is checked, or the certificate is not available. Mostly you have to fill in the feedback form before you can download the certificate. 

Click on the certificate: 

Than you can click on "View certificate: 

The certificate will be downloaded and can be found in your download folder.  

Note: De date on the certificate will be the date you download the certificate. 


Question:

Why can't I log in?

Answer:

When you have problems logging into your account you could try the following:

If you created a new account, an email was send to you for confirmation. Check your email. 

Note: The email might have ended up in the spam box!


Confirm by clicking on the link in the email.


Then you will get the following screen, and have successfully created a new account.
